Registration & Fees

Registration is NOW OPEN!

One of the founding principles of our conference is that socioeconomic status should never be a barrier to participation in Model United Nations. We believe that this activity is transformative and should have universal access. As a result, we do everything we can to keep our fees as low as possible, as well as work on other aspects of our conference - such as hotel costs - to ensure as low of an overall cost of attendance as possible.

We believe we are doing a good job in this endeavor, and urge you to compare our costs with other spring High School MUN conferences in the Northwest. However, we also know that more can be done, and pledge to do our best to reduce costs and offer special assistance to those with financial need in the future.

Registration Process
2. Look over the Country Matrix and determine what countries you’d like to request.
3. Look over the Country Assignment Policy that NWMUN-HS uses to assign countries to schools.
4. Complete a registration request (includes payment of the Delegation Fee).
5. NWMUN-HS will respond with preliminary country assignments and an invoice.
6. Within two weeks of receiving assignments, follow the instructions in the invoice and pay the (non-refundable) remaining fees to secure country assignments.
7. Once country assignments are secured, review the Delegate Assignment Policy and then begin assigning specific spots to individuals within your group.
